Denmark have a proud history of having many decentrallized Combined Heat- and Power (CHP) plants. More than 60% of Danish households have district heating.
Most of these decentralized heat- and power plants are fired with natural gas. In Denmark we now want to switch from fossil fuels to renewable energy. And we still want to have as much possible combined heat-and power.
ORC technology is the most efficient commercial CHP technology for towns with 5.000-20.000 inhabitants.
Dall Energy is the representative of Turboden, the worlds leading manufacturer of ORC machines.
In the spring 2011 Turboden made the first contract of an ORC mashine in Denmark for a biomass plant.
