Biomass plant in New Hampshire, USA.

A biomass plant is being prepared for an industrial costumer, who has chosen Dall Energy technology for several reasons:

  • The biomasse plant uses ventilation air from coating mashines as combustion air. The ventilation air contains Volatile Organic Compounds which must be fully burned, so a combustion technology with a full burn out was required.
  • Emissions of dust have to be low
  • Production of steam for process heating
  • Production of hot water for domestic heating
  • Production of water

The preparation of the plant is in good progress.
The final building permit is expected to be given in January 2012, whereafter the plant will be constructed.

Grant to demonstrate high efficiency - low emission district heating plant

Dall Energy have received a grant of 5 mio. ddk from the Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation to demonstrate a new concept for district heating plants with numerous innovative advantages.

The innovations include:

  • Multifuel furnace
  • Compact flue gas cooler
  • A highly efficienct two-stage flue gas cooler, that results in extra high efficiency
  • A ceramic filter for the purification of flue gas condensate

The project is expected to be finished by the end of 2012.

Dall Energy becomes the agent in Denmark for ACS "Advanced Cyclone Systems"

To protect the environment and down-stream components it is important to remove as many particles as possible from the flue gas.

Advanced Cyclone Systems (ACS) has developed a unique filtering system based on its innovative cyclone design.

The ACS cyclones are applicable for both wood- and strawfired biomass plants.
